Growing up in Los Reyes, Michoacán, Mexico some of my earliest memories were made in my mother's kitchen. The aroma of pozole simmering on the stove, fresh tortillas, homemade salsas, and family gathered around the table showed me that food was never just something to eat—it was how we connected with one another.

When my family moved to Pennsylvania, those traditions stayed with us and became a reminder of where we came from. That passion eventually led me into professional kitchens, where I spent more than fifteen years refining my craft through classical French training and leadership roles in luxury hospitality. Along the way, I learned that great cooking is built on discipline, consistency, and respect for every ingredient.

Solorio Eats was created to bring those two worlds together.
